A clearer view of workshop progress and outside service
Follow equipment through workshop stages and distinguish work at your yard from custody with a service vendor.
Product update · 20 September 2026
The workshop board brings service progress and equipment custody into a clearer operational view. Teams can follow work orders and see when an item is away with a service vendor.
What this changes for operations
Maintenance and yard teams share a view of equipment being assessed, serviced and prepared for release. A vendor handover should not be mistaken for an item physically present in the workshop. Work-order movements keep that distinction in the equipment record.

Technical and workflow notes
- Workshop stages and custody information are represented in the service workflow.
- Work-order movement is connected to the underlying equipment record.
- Maintenance requirements and readiness remain tied to the applicable category and recorded work.
- Permissions and the event history remain part of the workflow; a board card is not a substitute for a completed service record.
