Customer portal

Share the record.Keep the response.

Give the customer a clear route to an agreement or invoice. Keep the document, their decision and the next office action connected.

An isolated graphite access portal with polished metal details

The customer view

The right document.Ready to review.

Start with the record that needs a response. An agreement and an invoice each have a customer view with the information relevant to that document.

From review to response

A clear answer.A useful next step.

Give the customer a way to respond without starting another disconnected email thread.

Decision + context

Approve or raise a question

The invoice view supports approval or a dispute with a named response and the comment needed to explain it.

Signature + record

Sign supported documents

Capture the name, signature and signing time on the supported agreement or invoice workflow.

Office follow-up

Follow the document history

The team can review link activity and the recorded decision from the document they already work with.

Control the handover

Specific access.A defined boundary.

Customer links are scoped to their documents. Agree who receives them and when their access should end.

Document scope

Choose the document

Share a specific agreement or invoice rather than exposing the internal workspace.

Does a customer link open the whole workspace?

No. The current document links give access to the agreement or invoice shared through that link. They do not grant access to the internal workspace.

Can the customer pay by card through the invoice link?

The customer view supports document review, decisions and supported signatures. A payment processor or card collection is not implied; agree any payment integration separately.

Can we discuss a broader customer portal?

Yes. Bring the equipment, documents and requests your customers need to see. We will define the access and workflow scope before agreeing the rollout.

Bring one customer handover.Make the next step clear.

Walk through an agreement, an invoice and the response your team needs to receive.
