Terms of Service
The proposed commercial terms for using Hafrix, operated by Briza Group LLC.
Review draft · 21 September 2026. These terms are being prepared for the commercial launch. They do not replace an agreement already signed with a customer. Subscription prices, governing law, service commitments and liability terms must be confirmed in the applicable order form before acceptance.
Who provides Hafrix
Hafrix is provided by Briza Group LLC, 12955 Biscayne Blvd Ste 200 #128, Miami, FL 33181, United States. Contact info@brizagroup.com or +1 (561) 571-1121.
These terms describe the relationship between Briza Group LLC and the business subscribing to Hafrix. A workspace administrator manages access on that business's behalf. An order form identifies the customer, included modules, users, subscription period, fees and any agreed implementation services.
Your workspace and accounts
Use individual accounts and grant permissions appropriate to each person's work. Keep credentials and recovery methods secure, remove access when people leave, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for the instructions, records and approvals your authorized users submit.
The service supports operational decisions; your team remains responsible for equipment suitability, inspections, field safety, tax treatment and approving commercial documents. An alert, readiness status or Intel insight is not a substitute for the responsible person's professional judgment.
Customer data
You retain your rights in the data, documents and records you provide. You authorize Hafrix to process that material to deliver, maintain and support the contracted service and to follow your documented instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it, including any third-party operational information.
Personal data processing is addressed separately in the Data Processing Addendum. Website enquiries and account-related information are described in the Privacy Notice. A user's subscription does not grant access to another customer's workspace or confidential records.
Permitted use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another company's information, distribute malicious content or use the service unlawfully. Use integrations only with appropriate authorization. We may restrict access to address a credible security threat, unlawful use or a material contractual breach, with notice where reasonably possible.
Subscription, billing and changes
Only an accepted order form establishes charges, billing currency, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation arrangements. Prices in the current website calculator are illustrative and do not create a subscription or payment obligation. Changes to scope and implementation work should be agreed in writing.
Support and service continuity
Support coverage, maintenance notices, availability commitments, remedies and escalation contacts are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement. A roadmap item or marketing concept is not a delivery commitment unless included in an accepted agreement.
Ending the service
The agreement should specify notice, outstanding fees, an export period, deletion instructions and how backup copies expire. The customer should request an agreed export before workspace access ends. Any required retention for legal obligations, dispute resolution or security must be identified rather than treated as indefinite retention.
Contract details to finalize
The signed contract must specify warranty terms, liability limits, any indemnities, governing law, dispute resolution and the precedence of negotiated documents. No particular liability cap or jurisdiction is offered by this review draft. Material changes to an accepted contract will follow its notice and acceptance provisions.
