Alerts & Life

Catch the next action before it becomes a surprise.

Built around the work

An alert should lead somewhere

01

Prioritize fleet findings

Review open findings, filter the queue and acknowledge one or many alerts. Resolved findings stay distinct from work someone has only acknowledged.

02

See life and demand together

Review remaining life, disposal candidates and cutter demand by size to connect equipment condition with the parts the team will need.

03

Start the next action

Open a maintenance order or request a refill from the relevant finding. The alert keeps the reason visible while the operational workflow handles the work.

In daily use

From a finding to a decision

Current alerts use recorded equipment events and configured rules. Remaining life depends on the usage and limits entered for the equipment; it is an operational indicator, not a guarantee of future service life.

  1. Review

Read the daily attention queue or run the rules when you need an updated view.

  2. Take responsibility

Acknowledge the findings your team is handling and inspect the item or stock information behind them.

  3. Act in the right workflow

Create the repair or replenishment request, then follow its progress in Maintenance or Procurement.
